AdBlue – Elgin

Injected into the exhaust system from a tank under the vehicle, AdBlue is a non-toxic fluid made from water and urea, and is designed to remove Nitrogen Oxide, or NOx, from the exhaust gases.

The reason for this process is emissions regulations which, over the years, have become increasingly less tolerant of harmful exhaust gases polluting the environment.
